Studio Envisage, Nashik, reimagined the concept of the mountain-side villa - a statement in modern architecture - as the second-home market rises in the district of Nashik.

The architectural concept arose from the cantilever - how suspending most of the villa footprint above the ground allows the undulating ground to pass underneath - creating a visual connect to the context with minimal ground cover. The Floating Cuboid begins at the rear and opens up at the front into views of luscious rolling hills - radient and peacefully disconnected from city life.
