Rajratan Bungalow

Golden is an underrated word – this home was built in the lap of comfort and luxury. With clean, spatial planning and dedicated zones for work, leisure, and spirituality, Rajratan Bungalow spoke of the client’s refined tastes and a dedication to reach the sky.

Accessibility gained prominence during the planning stage, and thus, the split-level entrance with a raised garden and a basement-level service floor was born. While the elder generations occupied the rooms on the upper ground, the entertainment zone and the spa room naturally had the younger generation of the family gravitating towards the first level.

With multiple common areas, spaces for recreation, and seamless movement, the house was tied together with a statement golden-and-wood stairway. Two split-level terraces emerged above the entertainment zone on the first level. A material palette of veneer, marbles, painted glass, and clean, neutral tones stitched the entire bungalow into a single structure.
