Targeting the urban crowd of metro cities of Maharashtra, particularly Mumbai, this apartment complex was designed over a heavily contoured land, overlooking the beautiful natural valleys of the Sahyadri Mountains.

 

The layouts were made compact and functional, with more spaces allocated to the outdoor counterparts – the balconies – much like a second home that can be used primarily for leisure.
